LOCATION - We only build exclusively around York, so we know the most desirable locations and carefully select each and every site. Within easy reach of the city are pretty Yorkshire villages, which provide the ideal setting for our distinctive homes.
At Hogg we pride ourselves on never building two homes that are exactly the same. However, our wide range of new homes are built in two distinctive styles – the Dalesman and the Deanery.
DEANERY HOMES
Taking their inspiration from Victorian times, our elegant Deanery Homes include classical picture and dado rails, egg and dart plaster cornicing. They are designed with light and space in abundance.
DALESMAN HOMES
Dalesman Homes follow local tradition with echoes of Yorkshire’s country cottages. Featuring Inglenook fireplaces, solid exposed timbers and distressed woodwork throughout, they combine the looks of an established rustic cottage with the convenience and specification of a new home.

HIGH SPECIFICATION
